## In short

Ignura is a growth team for software founders, B2B or B2C.

For paid ads, we rebuild your ads and landing pages, test them side by side and keep the winner in four weeks, from $8,000.

It comes with a guarantee: named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don't pay the second half.

Start with a free 15-minute Growth Check.

Part of the rise is the auction. Tired ads and a leaking page add to it, and those can be fixed. We rebuild both, and count every sign-up in your own analytics.

## Why this is hard

Some of it is the platform. Meta’s annual report says its average price per ad, across all advertisers, rose 9% in 2025 after 10% in 2024. The rest happens month by month, as your ads wear out and nobody replaces them.

- **You have to replace ads before they tire.** When the same people see an ad again and again, clicks fall and each sign-up costs more. So we watch frequency every week and swap ads before the click rate drops.
- **The platforms guess at part of it.** For app ads it’s worse: since Apple made apps ask in 2021, AppsFlyer’s 2025 data finds only about half of the users asked say yes to tracking. The platforms fill the gap with estimates, so you need your own count.
- **Small budgets learn slowly.** On a seed-stage budget each test takes days to say anything, so what you choose to test matters more than how many.
- **A cheap click can still be a dear sign-up.** If the page doesn’t convert, cheaper clicks don’t help. So the page each ad lands on is fixed in the same four weeks.

## What we do in the four weeks

### Week 1

Tracking fixed before anyone spends more: one sign-up event, firing once, with its source. Then a baseline cost per sign-up from your own analytics.

### Week 2

Rebuilt ads and landing pages run side by side on Google Search, Meta or LinkedIn, two or three angles at a time.

### Week 3

We cut what costs too much and move the budget to the cheapest sign-ups.

### Week 4

We push the winner and make fresh versions of it before it tires. Then the Growth Map: what won, the numbers, and how to keep it running.

## The number we steer by

**Cost per sign-up.** What you spend on ads divided by the sign-ups they bring, counted in your own analytics, not only in the ad platform.

Cheaper sign-ups on the same budget is how ads carry the contract number. You see a free first version of the fix before you pay. Then you’re named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4. Miss it, and you don’t pay the second half.

## Questions

### Can’t we run our own ads?

Plenty of founders do, and on a small budget that’s right. It breaks when the ads need replacing every few weeks and someone has to be in the account every day. That’s what we bring: new creative on a schedule, tracking you can trust, and a result in the contract.

### What do you guarantee?

Named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don’t pay the second half. We agree 20 buyer questions with you in week 1 and measure where you stand on ChatGPT search and Perplexity. By the end of week 4, at least 5 of those 20 answers name you, on either engine. If you’re already named in 5 or more at the start, the bar is 5 more than your starting count. Same questions, same engines, measured the same way, and you see every answer. It holds when you approve drafts within 48 hours and give us access by day 3. Then the goal for month 3 is sales calls from search, traced to the question that brought them: a goal, not part of the guarantee. We don’t promise revenue, and the first half isn’t refunded.

### What happens after I book?

The Growth Check is a free 15-minute call. On it we give you a free growth breakdown. If you want to go ahead, we build a free first version of the fix and demo it to you on a second call. You only pay once you’ve seen it work, for the full project and for us to run it.

### What does a paid ads agency do for a startup?

It rebuilds the ads and the page they land on, fixes tracking first, then tests two or three angles side by side and keeps the cheapest sign-ups. We run that on Google Search, Meta and LinkedIn, and steer by cost per sign-up in your own analytics, not only the ad platform.

### Which ad platforms do you run?

Google Search, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, in-house. Search catches people already looking for what you sell. Meta and LinkedIn reach people who aren’t looking yet, so the ad itself does more of the work there.

### What do you change first?

The tracking, before anyone spends more. Then the search terms people actually typed, ads that have gone stale, audiences that overlap, and the page each ad lands on. The ad and the page should make the same promise.

### Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, straight to the platforms, at cost. It sits in the channel budget, outside our fee. We need access to your ad accounts and analytics by day 3.

### How much does it cost?

Ignite is $8,000 fixed for four weeks: half to start, half once we hit the number in the contract. Our first three search clients get it for $5,000, in exchange for a public before and after. Not ready for four weeks? The trial week is $1,000 and counts towards Ignite. Burn, the monthly run after, is $4,000 a month with a month’s notice to stop. Ad spend, creator fees, sending domains and tools sit in the channel budget, from $4,000 a month, paid at cost outside our fee. The Growth Check is free.

### Who is this for, by stage?

Software founders, B2B or B2C, that already spend on ads and watch cost per sign-up climb. At pre-seed with a tiny budget, learn the offer yourself first. Come to us once ads are a real line item and nobody has time to rebuild and test every week.

### What if ads aren’t our real problem?

Often they aren’t. If it’s the page, activation or tracking, the Growth Check says so and we point you there.
