## In short

Ignura is a growth team for software founders, B2B or B2C.

For creator ads, we brief creators your users watch, test the openings and track every video, in four weeks from $8,000.

It comes with a guarantee: named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don't pay the second half.

Start with a free 15-minute Growth Check.

Videos from creators whose audience looks like your users, each on its own tracked link, so you know which one brought the sign-ups.

## Why this is hard

Creator videos look easy. The hard part is knowing which video brought the sign-ups. With ten creators, 30 videos and several openings each, that needs a code on every one.

- **The first 3 seconds.** TikTok’s own ad research found over 63% of its highest click-through videos land the key message in the first 3 seconds. That doesn’t prove the opening causes the click, so each idea gets several openings and we test them.
- **One big post tells you little.** It’s one data point. Many smaller creators come first, then bigger names once an angle works.
- **No rights, no boosting.** If the paperwork doesn’t say you can run it as an ad, you can’t put money behind the video that works.
- **Every video needs its own link.** Give each creator their own link or code, or every view looks the same and you can’t tell who brought the sign-ups.

## What we do in the four weeks

### Week 1

Niketh, who has made UGC for Cluely, Higgsfield and Replit, picks the creators with our creator partner HypJam and writes the brief. Links, codes and usage rights are sorted before anyone films.

### Week 2

The first videos go out, each idea shot with several openings: the hot take, the screen demo, the before and after.

### Week 3

We read which creators and openings bring sign-ups, drop the rest and brief more of what won.

### Week 4

We boost the winning videos as ads where the rights allow, film fresh openings for them and write the Growth Map, so you know which creators and openings to keep.

## The number we steer by

**Cost per sign-up from creators.** What the videos and any boosting cost, divided by the sign-ups their own links and codes bring.

You see a free first version of the fix before you pay, like the first hooks written for your product. Then you’re named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4. Miss it, and you don’t pay the second half.

## Questions

### Can’t we just film videos ourselves?

One founder video, sure. Ten creators and 30 videos at once is a different job: briefs, openings, rights, codes and payouts, then working out which video brought the sign-ups. That job is Niketh’s here.

### What do you guarantee?

Named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don’t pay the second half. We agree 20 buyer questions with you in week 1 and measure where you stand on ChatGPT search and Perplexity. By the end of week 4, at least 5 of those 20 answers name you, on either engine. If you’re already named in 5 or more at the start, the bar is 5 more than your starting count. Same questions, same engines, measured the same way, and you see every answer. It holds when you approve drafts within 48 hours and give us access by day 3. Then the goal for month 3 is sales calls from search, traced to the question that brought them: a goal, not part of the guarantee. We don’t promise revenue, and the first half isn’t refunded.

### What happens after I book?

The Growth Check is a free 15-minute call. On it we give you a free growth breakdown. If you want to go ahead, we build a free first version of the fix and demo it to you on a second call. You only pay once you’ve seen it work, for the full project and for us to run it.

### What does a UGC agency do for a startup?

It briefs creators your users already watch, tests several openings per idea, and puts a tracked link or code on every video so you know which one brought sign-ups. We agree usage rights before anyone films, then boost the winners as ads where the rights allow.

### Who are the creators?

Real people your users already watch, not the biggest accounts we can find. They come through our creator partner HypJam, a separate company. Niketh picks them, writes their briefs and leads the editing and testing.

### What about the rights to use the videos?

Usage rights, organic or paid, how long and where, are agreed in writing before anyone films. Without that, you can’t boost the video that works.

### How much does it cost?

Ignite is $8,000 fixed for four weeks: half to start, half once we hit the number in the contract. Our first three search clients get it for $5,000, in exchange for a public before and after. Not ready for four weeks? The trial week is $1,000 and counts towards Ignite. Burn, the monthly run after, is $4,000 a month with a month’s notice to stop. Ad spend, creator fees, sending domains and tools sit in the channel budget, from $4,000 a month, paid at cost outside our fee. The Growth Check is free.

### Who is this for, by stage?

Software founders, B2B or B2C, mostly apps that sell to people, whose ads get skipped. At pre-seed, one honest founder video is often enough. Come to us once you can fund several creators and want to know which video actually brings sign-ups.

### What if videos won’t fix it?

Then nobody films. If the offer, the page or tracking is the leak, we say so on the Growth Check.
