## In short

- Your homepage has one job in its first few lines: say what you do and who it is for.
- Most homepages try to say everything. A visitor who has to work it out usually leaves.
- On every full site we help with your copy, then design the page around the line.
- Start with a free 15-minute call.

## Why it’s hard

You know your product too well to read your own homepage fresh.

- **You know too much.** You have lived with the product for months. What feels obvious to you reads as a riddle to someone seeing it for the first time.
- **Everyone wants a line in.** The team, the investors and the first customers each want their own sentence on the page. Say everything and the page says nothing.
- **Clever beats clear.** A short tagline feels good to write and tells a visitor very little. The line has to say what you do before it says how you feel about it.
- **The words come last.** Copy dropped into a finished design has to fit the boxes, so the layout decides what you can say. Words and design work better made together.

## What we build

One line, the page around it, and the words for every page.

- **One line that says it.** A headline and a short line under it: what you do and who it is for. We try it on someone who has never heard of you.
- **The page around the line.** The first screen, the order of the sections and the buttons, set up so the line lands and the next step follows.
- **Copy for every page.** On a full site we help write the words for each page, from your notes and a conversation. You keep the final say.
- **A tone you can keep.** A short note on how the site sounds, so the next page you add still sounds like you.

## Call. Design. Go live

- **Call.** 15 minutes, free. You tell us what you’re making and who it’s for. We say which plan fits and when it could be live.
- **Design.** Every page, from scratch. We design every page from scratch, for your brand and your buyers. You review it and we refine it until you sign it off. Nothing is built before you do.
- **Go live.** About a week for a launch page. We build it in Framer or custom code, fast on every screen, connect your domain and show you how to edit it. Full sites take two to three weeks.

## Questions

### Do you write the copy for me?

We help. On a full site we write and edit the words with you, from your notes and a conversation, and you keep the final say on every line. On a launch page we write the words that one page needs.

### What if I already have copy?

Bring it. We read it on the call and say what works and what does not. We can design around it as it is, or tighten it first.

### Can you write in my voice?

Yes. We ask how you talk to customers, read what you have written and match it. A short tone note at the end keeps later pages consistent.

### Is the copy a separate cost?

No. Help with the copy is part of a full site, and we agree what is included, with a fixed price, on the free call.

### Does the copy slow the project down?

Usually not, because it runs alongside the design. A launch page is live in about a week and a full site takes two to three weeks.
