## Questions

### How do I know I need a redesign?

If new pages are workarounds, the site tells an old story, or you hesitate to send people to it, it is probably time. We tell you straight on the free call, including when a smaller fix will do.

### Will you keep what works?

Yes. We look at what already works on the site and keep it where it fits. A redesign should not throw away good pages or good words.

### What happens to my old site while you build?

It stays live until the new one is ready. We then connect the new site to your domain, with the old addresses taken care of where we can.

### How long does a redesign take?

A full site takes two to three weeks. A flagship build depends on the brand and motion work, so we set the timeline with you before we start.

### Can I move my content across?
