Messages and calls
A message you send us reaches our team by email. A call you book goes through Cal.com, and we see the details you give there.
Chatting with Iggy
Questions you ask Iggy are saved to help us improve his answers. Please don’t share anything private in the chat.
Analytics
We count visits with PostHog in cookieless mode: no tracking cookies, and nothing you type into Iggy is sent with those events.
Cookies
Only if you click Accept, we set two cookies that last until you close your browser: ig-attr remembers how you first found us on this visit (a campaign tag such as utm_source, a Google Ads click id, or the name of the site that linked to us, never the full address), and ig-heard remembers your answer to “How did you hear about us?”. If you book, they go with the booking to Cal.com. If you decline, we set neither and booking works the same. A third cookie, ig-consent, remembers your choice for six months.
