Sign-up fixes for software founders.. You keep building the product.
Free, 15 minutes.
Visitors land on your
page and leave in seconds. We find
the line that loses them, and fix it.
If the first screen doesn’t say what this is in plain words, this is where people go.
What founders bring us: We get the visitors. Nobody signs up. We find the line that loses them. Nobody gets what we do from our
homepage. The first screen says it in plain words. We’re new, so nobody trusts us yet. Proof goes where the doubt is. Our
ad promises one thing. The page says another. The page opens on what the ad promised. Our form still asks for company size and a phone number. We cut every field you don’t use. Our page
crawls on a phone. We fix what slows the first screen.

The catch is that you wrote the page, so you can’t read it like a stranger. And at a few percent, a fair test needs thousands of visits per version. With little traffic, rewrite it yourself. With steady traffic, we bring the cold read and run the tests, and the result goes in the contract.
At Unbounce’s median of 3.8%, one more sign-up in every hundred visitors is about a quarter more sign-ups. So a leak that looks small is worth finding. You wrote it, so you can’t read it cold. You know what the product does, so every line makes sense to you. A visitor arrives with none of your context, and won’t wait long for it. A fair test needs thousands of visits. At a few percent, telling two versions apart takes thousands of visits each. Test the wrong thing and a month is gone. The leaks look too small to matter. A slow load on a phone, a button hidden under the keyboard, a form that asks for company size. Each costs you people every day. The ad and the page tell different stories. If the ad promised one thing and the page opens on another, people leave before they read.
Named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don’t pay the second half. We agree 20 buyer questions with you in week 1 and measure where you stand on ChatGPT search and Perplexity. By the end of week 4, at least 5 of those 20 answers name you, on either engine. If you’re already named in 5 or more at the start, the bar is 5 more than your starting count. Same questions, same engines, measured the same way, and you see every answer. It holds when you approve drafts within 48 hours and give us access by day 3. Then the goal for month 3 is sales calls from search, traced to the question that brought them: a goal, not part of the guarantee. We don’t promise revenue, and the first half isn’t refunded.
The Growth Check is a free 15-minute call. On it we give you a free growth breakdown. If you want to go ahead, we build a free first version of the fix and demo it to you on a second call. You only pay once you’ve seen it work, for the full project and for us to run it.
It finds the page or step where visitors leave before signing up, then changes what happens there. We track every step from first visit to finished sign-up, run two or three fixes side by side, such as a clearer headline or a shorter form, and keep the one that brings in the most sign-ups.
Unbounce’s benchmark puts the median SaaS landing page at 3.8%, against 6.6% across all industries. Treat it as a rough line, not a target: what counts as a conversion differs from page to page.
Whatever the tracking shows is losing people. Often it’s the first line, what sits on the first screen, the button, or how much the form asks. Each change runs next to your current page, and only the winner stays.
No. We work on your site and your sign-up flow, with your OK. When a fix needs a change inside the product, we write it up and your team ships it.
Ignite is $8,000 fixed for four weeks: half to start, half once we hit the number in the contract. Our first three search clients get it for $5,000, in exchange for a public before and after. Not ready for four weeks? The trial week is $1,000 and counts towards Ignite. Burn, the monthly run after, is $4,000 a month with a month’s notice to stop. Ad spend, creator fees, sending domains and tools sit in the channel budget, from $4,000 a month, paid at cost outside our fee. The Growth Check is free.
Software founders, B2B or B2C, that get visitors every week but few sign-ups. With only a trickle of visitors, fix the page yourself first. Come to us once traffic is steady, you can’t say which step loses people, and nobody has time to run tests side by side.
Then it’s an activation problem, and the Growth Check will say so. We’d work on the steps between sign-up and first use instead.
