Cold email for software founders.. You keep building the product.
Free, 15 minutes.
Most cold email lands in spam or gets ignored. We send
short emails to the right list, from warm domains, and follow up.
From a cold domain with no warmup, most of it lands in spam and is never seen.
What founders bring us: Every customer so far is someone I know. We build a list of people who need you now. Our
emails land in spam. We set up new domains and warm them first. I send the emails. Nobody replies. Short emails, one clear ask, tested every week. When someone replies, it sits for
days. We answer fast and book the call. The only replies we get say unsubscribe. We write to people with a reason to answer. I send
LinkedIn invites at midnight, between builds. We run LinkedIn beside the email, every day.

Send your first ones yourself. It teaches you who buys. Doing it at volume is a different job: domains, warmup, lists, spam rates and replies, every day. Let one slip and your emails land in spam. Joel runs all of it here, and you only take the calls.
Gmail and Outlook judge the sender before anyone reads a word. Google wants spam reports under 0.3%, and since May 2025 Outlook.com rejects mail from senders of over 5,000 a day that doesn’t pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC. A new domain has no history, so it has no margin for a bad week. Warmup takes two to three weeks. New domains have to send lightly before they can send at volume. That’s at least half the four weeks, so LinkedIn to the same list goes first. LinkedIn also limits how many invites you can send each week, so the list has to be right from the first one. Better wording rarely fixes it. Polishing a line seldom moves replies. A different offer can, and telling two offers apart takes real volume. The list decides more than the email. The right 500 people beat the wrong 5,000. You approve every name before we send. It needs someone every day. A sequence that works this month tires next month. Someone has to build lists, watch the domains and answer replies every day.
Named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don’t pay the second half. We agree 20 buyer questions with you in week 1 and measure where you stand on ChatGPT search and Perplexity. By the end of week 4, at least 5 of those 20 answers name you, on either engine. If you’re already named in 5 or more at the start, the bar is 5 more than your starting count. Same questions, same engines, measured the same way, and you see every answer. It holds when you approve drafts within 48 hours and give us access by day 3. Then the goal for month 3 is sales calls from search, traced to the question that brought them: a goal, not part of the guarantee. We don’t promise revenue, and the first half isn’t refunded.
The Growth Check is a free 15-minute call. On it we give you a free growth breakdown. If you want to go ahead, we build a free first version of the fix and demo it to you on a second call. You only pay once you’ve seen it work, for the full project and for us to run it.
It builds the list, sets up the sending domains, writes the emails and runs the follow-ups, so founders only take the calls. We do all of that to a list you approve and count qualified meetings held: at least 15 minutes, with someone on the list. We book the meetings; you run them and close.
No. Our first emails ask for a call in plain words. A link in a first email from a domain nobody knows can hurt delivery, and a reply is easier to give than a booking.
To companies in the UK, yes, as long as you say who you are and give a way to opt out. Sole traders and some EU countries, such as Germany, need consent first, so LinkedIn or a warm intro is the route there.
Ignite is $8,000 fixed for four weeks: half to start, half once we hit the number in the contract. Our first three search clients get it for $5,000, in exchange for a public before and after. Not ready for four weeks? The trial week is $1,000 and counts towards Ignite. Burn, the monthly run after, is $4,000 a month with a month’s notice to stop. Ad spend, creator fees, sending domains and tools sit in the channel budget, from $4,000 a month, paid at cost outside our fee. The Growth Check is free.
Software founders who sell to businesses, whose sales still come from the founders’ network. Come to us once you know who you sell to, warm intros are running out, and outreach is eating the time you should spend on sales calls.
Then the problem is after the reply: the offer, the call or the follow-up. The Growth Check will say which. We book meetings, not close deals, but we can coach your calls.
