minute, puis ferment l’onglet. Nous rendons la première minute utile. Nos
e-mails de bienvenue partent. Personne ne les ouvre. Nous les réécrivons pour ramener les gens vers une seule action.

Most teams try, in a sprint squeezed between features. It slips because the fix spans tracking, cohorts, emails and first-run copy, and none of that is anyone’s job. With a handful of sign-ups a week, skip us and call the people who left. Once sign-ups are steady, we take the job and the number goes in the contract.
Most people who sign up never reach the moment your product pays off, and none of them write to tell you why. Benchmarks only go so far, because each company draws that line its own way. You never hear why. No complaint, no cancel button. Someone closes the tab on step three, and you find out a month later in a cohort chart. A few hundred sign-ups hide small wins. With a few hundred sign-ups a month, only a big change shows up clearly. So you have to pick the one change worth testing. It falls between product and marketing. The fix is usually spread across the welcome emails, the sign-up flow and the first-run copy. Each has a different owner, and the gap between them has none. Every step has someone who wants it kept. Each field was added by someone for something. Cutting one means arguing with your own roadmap.
Named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don’t pay the second half. We agree 20 buyer questions with you in week 1 and measure where you stand on ChatGPT search and Perplexity. By the end of week 4, at least 5 of those 20 answers name you, on either engine. If you’re already named in 5 or more at the start, the bar is 5 more than your starting count. Same questions, same engines, measured the same way, and you see every answer. It holds when you approve drafts within 48 hours and give us access by day 3. Then the goal for month 3 is sales calls from search, traced to the question that brought them: a goal, not part of the guarantee. We don’t promise revenue, and the first half isn’t refunded.
The Growth Check is a free 15-minute call. On it we give you a free growth breakdown. If you want to go ahead, we build a free first version of the fix and demo it to you on a second call. You only pay once you’ve seen it work, for the full project and for us to run it.
It finds where new users stop between signing up and getting value, then changes what happens at that step. We track each step from sign-up to first use, test two or three fixes side by side, such as a shorter first session or a new welcome sequence, and keep the one that moves the most people through.
For SaaS, about 30% to 37%. Lenny’s Newsletter found a SaaS average of 36% and a median of 30%. Userpilot found an average of 37.5% across 62 B2B SaaS companies. What you count as activated changes the number more than anything, so compare against your own past cohorts first.
No. We work on what sits around it: the sign-up flow, onboarding emails and first-run copy. When a fix needs a change inside the product, we write it up and your team ships it.
You decide with us on day one. It’s one action that shows a new user got value, like creating a first project or inviting a teammate. We track that event in your analytics, so we’re both looking at the same number.
Ignite is $8,000 fixed for four weeks: half to start, half once we hit the number in the contract. Our first three search clients get it for $5,000, in exchange for a public before and after. Not ready for four weeks? The trial week is $1,000 and counts towards Ignite. Burn, the monthly run after, is $4,000 a month with a month’s notice to stop. Ad spend, creator fees, sending domains and tools sit in the channel budget, from $4,000 a month, paid at cost outside our fee. The Growth Check is free.
Software founders, B2B or B2C, that get sign-ups every week but lose most of them before first use. If only a few people sign up each week, talk to them yourself: small groups swing too much to test. Come to us once sign-ups are steady and nobody owns onboarding.
Then the Growth Check will tell you. If people aren’t signing up in the first place, we’ll point you there instead, and the growth breakdown is yours either way.
