In short

Not just a film. A launch.

A launch film that opens on a logo plays to nobody. We make a film people watch with the sound off, and run the launch around it, from the date to the follow-up.

Where a launch goes quiet

Most launches get one day of attention. If nothing is ready to catch it, the spike comes and goes.
  1. Plan

  2. Film

  3. Launch day

This is where launches usually leak: the spike arrives, and nobody is ready to follow up.

  4. Follow up

Which one sounds like yours?

What founders bring us: Ours land the point in the first three seconds. We plan it muted first, then cut it to the music. You get a 9:16 cut, laid out again, not cropped. One date, and one owner for every channel. One message, on every channel. We plan the week after as hard as the day. We answer every comment, reply and sign-up for a week.

Questions

Can’t we run the launch ourselves?

Many teams do, the week they ship. It slips because the product wins every fight for time, and the follow-up after the day is nobody’s job. If you can give one person the date, the list and the replies for a whole week, try it yourselves first.

Why do most launches go quiet?

A launch is the one week everything has to land at once: the film, the page, the list and the posts. Product Hunt says about 53% of the products that reached Product of the Day since 2021 include a video, so the video is part of the first impression, not an extra. The film opens on a logo. TikTok’s ad research found over 63% of its highest click-through videos land the key message in the first 3 seconds. A film that opens on a logo and music has lost most people by then. Nobody owns the date. The founder is shipping the product, so the launch slides from week to week. The stores add their own wait: Apple says a released version can take up to 24 hours to appear. Every channel says something different. The post, the page and the email get written on different days by different people. A stranger sees three companies. The spike dies in a day. Much of a launch’s value comes in the week after. Product Hunt says 70% of its Product of the Day, Week or Month winners had a first comment from the maker. Someone has to be there to answer.

What do you guarantee?

Named in 5 of your 20 buyer questions by week 4, or you don’t pay the second half. We agree 20 buyer questions with you in week 1 and measure where you stand on ChatGPT search and Perplexity. By the end of week 4, at least 5 of those 20 answers name you, on either engine. If you’re already named in 5 or more at the start, the bar is 5 more than your starting count. Same questions, same engines, measured the same way, and you see every answer. It holds when you approve drafts within 48 hours and give us access by day 3. Then the goal for month 3 is sales calls from search, traced to the question that brought them: a goal, not part of the guarantee. We don’t promise revenue, and the first half isn’t refunded.

What happens after I book?

The Growth Check is a free 15-minute call. On it we give you a free growth breakdown. If you want to go ahead, we build a free first version of the fix and demo it to you on a second call. You only pay once you’ve seen it work, for the full project and for us to run it.

Do you make launch films?

Yes. We make your launch film and run the launch around it: the plan, one owner, launch day and the follow-up. The film is planned to work muted first, because feeds play video without sound, in six beats from the hook to the end card, and cut to music picked before the edit. You get a 16:9 cut for your site, X, LinkedIn and YouTube, a 9:16 cut laid out again for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, a feed version that opens on movement, a poster frame that reads small, captions for any version with a voice and, for an app, a store preview of 15 to 30 seconds made from the app itself. We made our own first: Ignura’s film, its vertical cut and its share card.

Do you run Product Hunt launches?

Product Hunt can be one channel in the launch week, alongside outbound, creators and your own list. Product Hunt tells makers to post their own product, and no one outside Product Hunt controls the ranking, so we never promise a Product of the Day. We don’t buy upvotes.

What counts as a good launch?

Sign-ups or booked calls in the launch window, each tagged to the channel and the cut that brought it. Views and upvotes are colour, not the result. The number goes in the contract before the launch.

How much does a launch film cost?

Price on the call. It depends on the cuts you need and how much of the launch we run around the film, so we set it once we’ve seen your product and your date. The offer is the same as everywhere else: you see a free first version before you pay, and the guarantee holds.

Who is this for, by stage?

Software founders, B2B or B2C, with a working product and a date in sight, often just after a raise. Before you can name the buyer and the first thing they buy, fix the offer first; a launch only amplifies what is there.

What if the launch isn’t our real problem?

Then we’ll say so before we make a film. If people arrive and don’t sign up, it’s the sign-up page. If they sign up and leave, it’s activation. We say so on the Growth Check.
