The Best App Launch Agencies in 2026: An Honest Roundup

the short version

  • This is not a ranked top ten. We opened public pages in October 2026 and kept shops that sell a launch job to app founders and publish a price.
  • A Product Hunt consultant, a monthly creative retainer, a UGC studio and a whole-launch studio are different purchases.
  • Ignura’s whole launch, Ignite, is four weeks from £16,000. A UGC batch is from £3,000. Monthly, Burn, is from £6,000.
  • Our team has done marketing for Cluely and Replit. We have not launched those products, and we have not run a client’s launch.

“Best” is a search, not a score. If you are a funded founder hiring someone to launch an app, the useful question is which job you are buying. A person who runs your Product Hunt day, a retainer that refreshes store screenshots, a studio that ships creator videos, and a team that does the whole launch are not substitutes. This roundup groups them that way.

We did not rank anyone by results. We have not audited their clients, and we will not repeat ranking claims we cannot check. Prices below are the ones printed on each company’s own site when we opened it on 10 October 2026. If a number is not on that page, it is not in this post.

How this list was chosen

Four rules, so you can throw the list out if you disagree with them.

  1. The buyer is an app or startup founder. A general brand agency with no launch page did not make it.
  2. The page says what the fee buys. “Full service” with no list of work is not a category.
  3. The page publishes a price or a bounded range. “Book a call” with no number is a real way to sell, and it is also impossible to compare, so those shops are a gap, not a row.
  4. One or two examples per job. This is not an attempt to list every consultant on the internet.

Ignura is in the whole-launch category because that is the job we sell, and the prices are on our pricing page. We are not scoring ourselves against the others. The core team is four people. Our team has done marketing for Cluely and Replit. That is marketing work. Ignura has not launched those products, and we have not run a client’s launch.

The jobs people lump together

Before the names, the jobs:

  • The whole launch. Screenshots, a page, a film, a batch of videos, and someone awake on the day. One scope, a few weeks.
  • A Product Hunt launch. The listing, the outreach, and the day on that one site. Not the App Store, and not a month of videos.
  • Store creative on a retainer. Screenshots and ads, every month, for as long as you pay.
  • A UGC batch. Finished creator videos, counted, with or without the right to run them as ads.

A studio for the whole launch

Ignura, in London, sells the pieces separately and sells them together.

On the menu: App Store screenshots from £1,500, a landing page from £3,000, app polish from £4,000, a launch film from £3,000, a UGC batch of 10–20 videos from £3,000, and launch day from £2,000. Ignite, the four-week launch with all of that from one team, is from £16,000 ($21,000). Burn, the monthly plan, starts at £6,000 for 20 videos a month, then £8,000 for 30 and £10,000 for 40. Fixed price, never hourly. Under £3,000 is paid upfront. £3,000 and up is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

The UGC line has a narrow promise, and it is the only results promise we make: if a video doesn’t hit 10k views within 2 weeks, you get your UGC money back. That is a refund of the UGC fee. It is not a promise about installs, revenue, or Product of the Day.

The four weeks, in order, are in the four-week launch plan. The same numbers, piece by piece, are in what an app launch costs. We do not build the product. You need a working build. TestFlight is enough.

Product Hunt launch consultants

These shops sell the Product Hunt day, not the rest of the launch. Two of them publish numbers. What you can do on that site without hiring anyone is in Product Hunt launch agencies: what they do, and what you can do yourself.

non-stop.agency is a Product Hunt practice run by Kate Ramakaieva. The site says packages run from €300 to €2,000, scoped after a free 30-minute call, with no fixed menu. A standalone consultation is €100 an hour. The work described is a custom plan, preparation (positioning, a community warm-up, content, outreach) and launch-day coordination. Full-service campaigns, the site says, need at least a month and ideally two. On ranking, the FAQ is plain: no one can guarantee a number-one spot, and they do not. We are not repeating the result claims on that page.

Tetriz publishes two options. A do-it-yourself kit is free: a launch template, a list of communities, and topics. The “all in” launch is $900 plus a performance bonus: $100 if the product is featured on the homepage, $200 for a top-10 finish, $300 for a top-5 finish. The paid option includes a consulting call, a customised template, Tetriz hunting the launch for you, a share to their audience, and a LinkedIn lead list. A demo-video add-on is $500. Their own FAQ says guaranteeing Product of the Day is a red flag.

Read that “we hunt it for you” line against Product Hunt’s preparation page. Product Hunt says there is no rule against a hunter outside your team, and that paying people to hunt your product goes against their guidelines. Products caught breaking the rules can be unfeatured or removed. If a fee includes hunting, read that page before you pay. The listing itself (tagline, gallery, maker comment, the replies) is something you can do without an agency. The checklist is how to launch an app on Product Hunt.

A monthly creative retainer

AppFillip sells ongoing app creative, not a one-off launch. On 10 October 2026 the Starter plan was shown at $599 a month, with $1,198 struck through, and the page said the offer ends 31 October 2026. There is a three-month minimum. Starter lists 5 store screenshots per platform, one 15–30 second preview, 10 static ad creatives a month, an icon refresh, and a monthly review.

Three months at the offer price is $1,797. Three months at the $1,198 figure on the same page is $3,594. That is arithmetic on their published prices, not a quote they sent us. You are buying a drip of creative, with a commitment, rather than one launch. If you need the set once, a one-off screenshot package is a different invoice. Ours is a full set plus an icon review, about a week, from £1,500, on the screenshot page. What the other routes cost is in how much App Store screenshot design costs.

A UGC studio for apps

Peeked publishes packages for creator-shot videos aimed at AI and consumer apps. The page, updated 30 September 2026, lists Starter at $2,000 for 10 videos, Growth at $3,600 for 20, Scale at $6,400 for 40, and a monthly plan at $3,200 for 20 videos a month with a three-month minimum. Delivery is 7–10 days. Paid-ad usage is an extra 40% for 90 days. An extra hook cut is $60.

The $2,000 starter is not yet a paid-ads batch. Adding the published rights line makes it $2,800. Twenty videos with rights is $3,600 plus 40%, which is $5,040. We are not repeating Peeked’s case-study claims. The table is the part a founder can check.

Our batch is a different scope: 10–20 videos, scripted, filmed, edited and ready to post, from £3,000, in one to two weeks, with the 10k-view guarantee above. The per-video sums, platform against studio, are in what UGC for apps costs. How to brief the videos is in UGC for apps.

What we left out, on purpose

Shops whose sites say “custom quote” and then stop. We cannot compare a blank. Tools that export a gallery or a screenshot set are not agencies. Pages that sell a guaranteed pile of upvotes are out too: Product Hunt’s launch guide says never ask outright for upvotes.

How to pick without a leaderboard

Match the hole. Product Hunt only: start with the checklist, and hire a consultant when someone else has to run the day. non-stop’s published band for that job is €300 to €2,000. A month of store creative: multiply the retainer by its minimum term before you compare it with a one-off. Videos: compare counted videos, edits and rights. The launch itself: one team for four weeks is Ignite, from £16,000. Buying the pieces from four vendors is reasonable when you already have three of them.

Questions

Who is the best app launch agency in 2026?

There isn’t a single one, and this page is not a ranking. The right hire is the one whose published scope matches the hole: a Product Hunt day, a creative retainer, a video batch, or the whole launch. We included ourselves in the last of those, with prices you can read without a call.

How much does an app launch agency cost?

Whatever job the page is selling. The bands above run from a few hundred euros for a Product Hunt consult to £16,000 for a four-week Ignura launch. Comparing those numbers without the scope is how founders buy the wrong thing.

Can a launch agency guarantee downloads?

No. Anyone who does is guessing. Our only results promise is the UGC one: if a video doesn’t hit 10k views within 2 weeks, you get your UGC money back.

Should I hire one team or several freelancers?

One team when the date is close and the pieces have to agree with each other. Several when you already know which single piece is missing. The menu is built so you can buy one line. Book a free 15-minute call and bring the app. We will tell you the one thing we would do next, including when that thing is not us.
